So far off the rails I can't even see the tracks

I haven't even bothered to weigh myself since before Christmas. Enough said.

Every day is a new day

must.... get ....arse .....to .....scales..............................................................first thing tomorrow!!

p.s. - note to self - DO NOT BUY MASSIVE BOX of post-christmas on-sale Lindt chocolates when home by ones self all week. waiting for sugar/caffeine rush to subside before i can sleep.
p.p.s - monstrous gut makes comfy rest for laptop when watching tele, however 6 year old commenting innocently on monstrous gut protruding from clothing is somewhat disheartening.

LOL Kill, my 4yo is convinced that there is another baby in my tummy. When I deny it he prods my stomach as proof, says 'yes there is!' and walks away. Hm.

Note to self - STOP MAKING TRIFLE.

And Oscar's prodding my stomach the other day going 'mama!' as if to say 'another baby!' was just plain depressing.

I keep reminding myself that the first few weeks are the hardest - you don't see the results and you just feel constantly denied.

But while I remind myself I keep forgetting to actually follow through on it and STOP EATING.

Looks like we are all finding this hard - the holidays are a killer - small children around all the time equals food to me!
