Week 13, Day 1

Breakfast:
natural yoghurt with stewed rhubarb

Lunch:
Lentil burger w/ rocket and cherry tomoatoes

Snacks:
4 cruskits
1 plum
4 passionfruit

Exercise:
1 massive walk going about half way around Narrabeen Lake and back - I think we were gone for about 1.5 hours, maybe 1hr 20?
