Starting all over again. Again.

Yep. Been here before.
Sick of the fat.
Sick of the lack of fitness.
Sick of the self-loathing.

But I'm back.

10kgs by Christmas.

I'm also going to do the Couch to 5km program. With Felix. So that will have to start once his whooping cough is dealt with.

I've got the number for a local Zumba class.

Mum is well enough I can get back into going for a swim two mornings a week.

It's time.

Hmmm. Maybe not good that the ad panel on the side has a huge picture of doughnuts!

Zumba looks like lots of fun. I'll be interested to hear how you find it.

ZOMG - the HILARITY! Can you imagine FE - SkypeZumba. We could probably market it and make a fortune.

Yeah, I have to capitalise on the moment and do it close to home - there's a place in Warriewood and Narrabeen Surf Club. I figure if they're convenient there is no excuse.

PP - I suspect a heart attack will be imminent.

Go you good thing! I'm feeling the same. Put on some shorts tonight. Last summer they were loose. Now they're T-I-G-H-T...feel horrible.

I'm going to aim for 5kg, and then reassess.

Also, there's a Zumba class at a gym near my new house!

I stopped drinking 7 weeks ago and I've lost nearly 3kgs.

Quite chuffed about it, really.

Couch to 5K rocks. It's what got me started running back in March and I've never stopped. I feel more alive, healthy, younger and more happy as I turned 37 this week than I did at 36, when I felt like total crap. I never liked running or thought I'd EVER run until I did that program. I hope you try it because everyone I know who has done it (mostly online, plus two real life friends) has had nothing but rave reviews about it. It's not *easy* per say, but it's *gentle*. It gets you moving with baby steps and your fitness and your confidence improve every single week. Have fun with it!! I'll keep checking in to see how you're doing :)
Ha! The word verification is pilates!
