OK, so I didn't go to WW from 21 December until last Thursday.
But get this.
My goal for last week was to be 87.5kgs.
So sure, I hadn't been in four weeks.
But I LOST 0.1kg.
100grams.
It might as well have been 1kg.
But that 100 grams meant I was at my mini-goal.
Of course the week of eating this past week will probably ruin it, but there you go.
